This week’s secret stash is Think Pink from our friends at Sorellina (Edmonton,Canada)! This is a double anaerobic thermal shocked Colombia pink bourbon from producer Wilton Benitez and it’s super fun to taste. In the cup I get a ton of candied lime, lavender layering, with a sweet oolong tea finish. This coffee is LOUD and will make your entire room smell like sweet candies. As the coffee cools you should get a rounded and layered lime acidity that then finishes very tea-like. Look for the layering from the processing in this one!
