Visit our returns portal or email [email protected] with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Pack Your Item
Securely pack the machine in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and the original power cable.

Affix Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it to the outside of the shipping carton.

Receive Refund
