Jorge Mira Anaerobic Yeast Rosado
This week’s Secret Stash is from our friends Standout Coffee from Stockholm, Sweden! This is an Anaerobic Yeast Thermal Shock Washed Rosado from producer Jorge Mira. This is one of the sweetest coffees I have tasted in recent memory so be prepared! When the coffee is hot I taste a sweet ripe peach and when cooled down there’s a really nice passion fruit acidity that appears. This profile is very sweetness and acidity forward and has a bit of that thermal shock rounding at the end. I hope you enjoy it!
